I know it has been awhile since I've blogged. Life has been crazy busy. My daddy had a bone marrow transplant and I'm happy to say is doing wonderful! :-)
I received my Julep box and thought I would post a pic of my mani today. As you can see from my background, I took a small break from my Accounting homework to paint my nails, lol.
Much love!
Angie
I picked up 3 of the China Glaze polishes from the Electropop collection yesterday. The colors I bought were Dance Baby, Aquadelic and Electric Beat. I love them!! They are so creamy and opaque. Go China Glaze! :D
I received my Julep Maven box for February, and I must say it is SO pretty. The team at Julep really knows how to present a beautiful box. I am usually the "American Beauty" profile but chose to change it this month to "It Girl" because I wanted all 3 polishes offered. This month was Oscars themed and Julep included a yummy dark chocolate Oscar in the box for an extra treat!
The three polishes that came in my box this month were Rachel, Elizabeth, and Oscar.
RACHEL:
ELIZABETH - Had to get one with flash so you could see the shimmer in Elizabeth (without flash left, with flash right):
OSCAR:
I am very happy with my box this month and can't wait until the next one! :)

Here are the swatches of the WnW polishes I bought and raved about in the previous blog post. I did these swatches all at once so they aren't super perfect. I hope they will be helpful to anyone interested. :)
The brush is very large and flat, but I really enjoyed it because I could cover my nails in pretty much one stroke. All the polishes are pretty opaque. The following swatches are one thick coat of polish. If I was doing a full mani, I would probably do two thinner coats. Overall, I love these polishes and my favorites have to be: Tropicalia, Candy-licious, Club Havana, Through the Grapevine, On a Trip, and I need a Refresh-mint.
Here is a pic of the brush size. This is the WnW brush (left) held up next to a China Glaze brush (right).
And here are the swatches:
I'm so excited and totally nuts! I went out and bought all of the new Wet n Wild megalast nail polishes that I could get my hands on at Walgreens. They were a $1.99 each and Walgreens had a buy 2 get 1 free sale. AMAZING! I ended up buying all the colors they had available which was 15 colors. I'm not sure how many is in the total collection. I tried looking it up but couldn't find the information anywhere so if you know please let me know! The colors I picked up were: Private Viewing, Through the Grapevine, Under your Spell, Undercover, Tropicalia, Haze of Love, Bite the Bullet, Wet Cement, Sugar Coat, Candy-licious, Club Havana, I Red a Good Book, Disturbia, I Need a Refresh-Mint, and On a Trip. Swatches are coming very soon because I am so excited to swatch these!!
Just received my nail polish I purchased from Zoya!! She's so beautiful!! *LOVE*

This isn't a color I would normally pick for myself, but came in my Julep mystery box. It doesn't particularly go with my skin tone but it is pretty and it is different so I rocked it for a couple of days. :)
I love being a Julep Maven, and I love Julep! I have received some amazing colors including this gorgeous that I have as my manicure now. Her name is Helena, she is bright and perfect!

Copy That, Copy Cat: Copy That Copy Cat's 700 Follower Giveaway!: Hi everyone!! I'm really sorry about not putting a giveaway at 500 followers like I had mentioned before, but I damn well missed that milest...
I love Zoya polishes (Click here to visit Zoya) and have quite the collection. Thought I would share Valerie with you today!!
First, I want to start off by saying this is my first time using a Revlon polish, and if they are all like this then I will not be buying anymore. This polish was SO hard to work with. It is streaky, runny, and takes forever to dry. It took me a long time to get these 3 coats on, and I tried really hard to make it look good. This is the best I could do. So frustrating, especially because I LOVE this color!
Someone please convince me they are not all like this, PLEASE! I really want to like this brand!
3 coats with "Out the door" top coat
